Chanre Williams is the co-founder of Deschan Marketing and Promotions CC. She obtained a B.Comm Degree with majors in Business Management and Industrial Psychology from the University of Stellenbosch and a certificate in Promotional Merchandise from the British Promotional Merchandise Association.

Her experience extends from banking to promotional merchandise. Having worked for a promotional gifts printing company in the U.K. for many years she gained customer service and marketing management experience. She has headed up promotional marketing campaigns such as the design, printing and distribution of leaflets and samples, link building and search engine optimisation, advertising, press releases and distribution of catalogues.

Desroy Williams is the co-founder and has a Diploma in Marketing Management. He has 10 years customer services experience in both retail and banking, giving him an excellent understanding of consumer behaviour and customer needs. His logistics and promotional product knowledge gained over the past half-decade ensures that the distribution and quality of the promotional products chosen is always the best.

Desroy is also an avid photographer with a good eye and talent for taking great photographs. His photography portfolio includes weddings, special events, baby showers, various objects, nature and animals.
