In this Vision Workshop you will find out what it means to have a vision, how to create your vision and you will have a chance to create your own vision board. So bring your laptop along to the workshop because this will be a hands-on activity.

In no event shall Deschan Marketing and Promotions (Deschan) be liable to the other party for loss of profits or for incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the training or the delivery, installation, servicing, performance or use of it in combination with other computer software and the parties indemnify each other against any claims by third parties in any of the events foreseen in this clause.
The Client expressly agrees, anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, that it shall indemnify, defend and hold Deschan fully harmless against any loss, damage, claim or expense or action asserted against Deschan of any kind whatsoever (and specifically including costs and reasonable attorneys’ fees associated with any such action) to the extent that it is based that any materials, content or services provided by Deschan under this Agreement infringe upon any patent, copyright, license or other property right or proprietary right of any third party, where Deschan reasonably had no knowledge of such infringement, could not have foreseen such infringement, or reasonably could have been deemed to have known of such infringement.
Deschan shall not have any liability under this section to the extent that the claim of infringement is caused by the party seeking indemnification hereunder. There is no guarantee that the training will increase your revenue.
